Job Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
      • Graduate / Bachelor’s degree preferably in Agriculture Engineering/Mechanical stream
      • Experience in solution-sales is desired: customization, maintenance contracts, services;
  • Proven account management, Dealer Development & other relevant experience
  • Abilities & Competencies:
    • Excellent spoken and written Vietnamese & Basic English is acceptable;
    • Experience in solution-sales is desired: customization, maintenance contracts, services;
    • Prior understanding of the Agricultural machinery business is Must;
    • Result and deadline-oriented; persistent with a keen ability to follow-up on pipeline orders;
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
    • Team building and management – treat all people with respect and dignity;
    • Basic commercial knowledge of Agriculture, Agricultural equipment sales;
    • Ability to travel within Vietnam (70% of the time) as required;
    • Computer literacy is a must, with a Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Job Description

  • Develop multiple streams of business such as Channels / End Users and execute market development programs to surpass annual Budget;
  • Lead Management;
  • Identify channel partners and engage them to represent us in key markets / provinces;
  • Map potential of key customers of Agricultural machinery;
  • Providing effective commercial and technical support (by liaising with technical team) to prospective customers;
  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on- boarding of new clients
  • Execute pre-sales activities and liaise with After-Sales team to conduct demonstrations of equipment at customer premises;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior authorities of key accounts; once a relationship is established, focus on developing clients and generating new business;
  • Train the dealer manpower on Sales & aftersales processes;
  • Ensure agreed yearly targets for the dealers are met with all the support on ground;
  • Ensure Appropriate Branding for the network partners Phygitally;
